If you are not satisfied with your item and it is “as new”, you may send it back to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please contact and send us an email as quick as possible.

*”As new” condition for A-LIFE items is unwashed, unworn and unused. We strongly recommend you store your item in its original packaging while you make a decision about the product.

Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from a-lifelimited.com. If you have purchased your item from one of our partners please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund.

A-LIFE  WARRANTY

Our warranty is unique but you will probably never need it. We guarantee our products against defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long-term usage are not considered to be faulty. We will assess and determine whether a defect is covered under warranty. If so, it is repaired or replaced.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN / WARRANTY CLAIM

  1. Returns are easy – just resend the product and contact us before. However, a photo of any faulty or damaged products must be emailed & approved before returning. Email alifelimitedofficial@gmail.com
  2. Repackage your item wherever possible in the original packaging. If your order was sent with any free extras please keep these as a gift.

  5. When we receive your return we will aim to process it within 7 working days and will refund the price you paid for the products directly to the card you used to purchase your original item(s).
  6. For international returns – A-LIFE will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items. All packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty” with a $0 value.
  7. If you do have any enquiries about your return once it has been posted, email alifelimitedofficial@gmail.com .Please include the date the item was posted, which address it was sent back to, the name it was sent under and the item’s tracking number if applicable.
